DTC Detection Logic

  • If DTC B2609 is displayed with DTC U1000, first perform the trouble diagnosis for DTC U1000. Refer to "DTC LOGIC ".
  • If DTC B2609 is displayed with DTC U1010, first perform the trouble diagnosis for DTC U1010. Refer to "DTC LOGIC ".

B2609 STEERING STATUS BCM detects the malfunction of electronic steering column lock switches for 1 second.

    [electronic steering column lock circuit (BCM side) is open or shorted]
