Rear Bumper: Reassembly

  1. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) 
    1. Install the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor (see INSTALLATION ).
  2. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) 
    1. Install the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainer (see INSTALLATION ).
  3. INSTALL NO. 3 LUGGAGE ROOM WIRE (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System)  (See INSTALLATION )
  4. INSTALL REAR BUMPER EXTENSION LH 
    1. Install the bumper extension with the 4 bolts.

  5. INSTALL REAR BUMPER EXTENSION RH 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  6. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH 
    1. Install the retainer with the 2 bolts.

  7. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  8. INSTALL REAR BUMPER PIECE LH 
    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the bumper piece.

      HINT:

      Attach the claw on the outer side first.

  9. INSTALL REAR BUMPER PIECE RH 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  10. INSTALL REAR BUMPER PROTECTOR 
    1. Install the 2 new bumper protectors.
