Brake Pedal Free Play

Brake pedal free play "A" should be .12-.43 in. (3-11 mm). See Figure. Loosen stoplight and cruise disengage switch by turning counterclockwise 45 degrees. Adjust clearance "C1 " and "C2 " with stoplight and cruise disengage switch. Clearance between rubber stopper and threaded end of switches should be .0291-.0772 in. (.74-1.96 mm). Tighten stoplight and cruise disengage switch by turning clockwise 45 degrees. Ensure stoplights go off when brake pedal is released.
