Seat Heater Control: Inspection
- INSPECT FRONT SEAT HEATER CONTROL LH
- Disconnect the seat heater control LH connector.
- Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Resistance
FRONT SEAT HEATER CONTROL LH RESISTANCETester Connection Condition Specified Condition 3 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω Voltage
FRONT SEAT HEATER CONTROL LH VOLTAGETester Connection Condition Specified Condition 2 (SWL) - 3 (E) Engine switch on (IG), seat heater switch OFF → ON 0 V → 10 to 14 V 5 (B) - 3 (E) Engine switch OFF → on (IG) 0 V → 10 to 14 V - Reconnect the seat heater control LH connector.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

FRONT SEAT HEATER CONTROL LH VOLTAGETester Connection Condition Specified Condition 4 (THL) - 3 (E) Engine switch on (IG), seat heater switch volume 1 → 3 Gradual increase between 0 V → 10 to 14 V
- INSPECT FRONT SEAT HEATER CONTROL RH
- Disconnect the seat heater control RH connector.
- Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
