Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK FRONT ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU

    HINT:

    The voltage cannot be measured with the connector connected to the front active stabilizer control ECU as the connector is water resistant.

    HINT:

    DDPB (y3-1) L Battery power input
    DDLI (y3-2) R Battery power output
    DDGN (y2-2) W-B Ground
    IGCT (y5-7) V Interior power start
    ILIM (y5-9) W-B Current control
    DDIR (y5-11) W-B Voltage direction control
    BT+ (y4-5) GR Voltage control +
    DDON (y4-7) BR Start stop
    BT- (y4-8) G Voltage control -
    1. Disconnect the y2, y3 and y5 active stabilizer converter connectors.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
      VOLTAGE AND RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Condition Specified Condition
      DDPB (y3-1) - Body ground L - Body ground Always 10 to 14 V
      DDLI (y3-2) - Body ground R - Body ground Always 10 to 14 V
      IGCT (y5-7) - Body ground V - Body ground Power switch OFF Below 1 V
      IGCT (y5-7) - Body ground V - Body ground Power switch ON (IG) 10 to 14 V
      DDGN (y2-2) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
      ILIN (y5-9) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
      DDIR (y5-11) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
