DTC Check / Clear

INDICATOR CHECK
1. Press and hold the A/C control AUTO switch and Recirculation / Fresh switch simultaneously, and turn the power switch ON (IG). Continue holding the 2 switches until the panel diagnosis mode begins.

2. Check that all indicators turn on and off 4 times in succession at 1 second intervals.
  HINT:
  - After the indicator check is completed, the system enters the DTC mode automatically.
  - Press the "OFF" switch to cancel the indicator check.

DTC CHECK USING INTELLIGENT TESTER
1. Connect the intelligent tester (with CAN VIM) to the DLC3.
2. Read the DTCs by following the prompts on the tester screen.
  HINT:
  
  Refer to the intelligent tester operator's manual for further details.
3. Clear the DTCs.
  HINT:
  
  Clear the DTCs by after repairing the malfunctions.
  1. Connect the intelligent tester (with CAN VIM) to the DLC3.
  2. Turn the power switch ON (IG).
  3. Erase the DTCs following the prompts on the tester screen.

    Refer to the intelligent tester operator's manual for further details.
