Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK FRONT ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU

    HINT:

    The voltage cannot be measured with the connector connected to the front active stabilizer control ECU as the connector is water resistant.

    HINT:

    The voltage cannot be measured with the connector connected to the rear active stabilizer control ECU as the connector is water resistant.

    e2-2 (DDGN) W-B Ground
    e5-7 (IGCT) V Interior power start
    e5-9 (ILIN) W-B Current control
    e5-11 (DDIR) W-B Voltage direction control
    e4-5 (BT+) GR Voltage control +
    e4-7 (DDON) BR Start stop
    e4-8 (BT-) G Voltage control -
    1. Disconnect the e2, e3 and e5 active stabilizer converter connectors.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
    VOLTAGE SPECIFICATION

    Terminal No. (Symbols) Wiring Color Condition Specified Condition
    e3-1 (DDPB) - Body ground L - Body ground Always 10 to 14 V
    e3-2 (DDLI) - Body ground R - Body ground Always 10 to 14 V
    e5-7 (IGCT) - Body ground V - Body ground Engine switch off Below 1 V
    e5-7 (IGCT) - Body ground V - Body ground Engine switch on (IG) 10 to 14 V
    e2-2 (DDGN) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
    e5-9 (ILIN) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
    e5-11 (DDIR) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
