Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK NETWORK GATEWAY ECU

    1. Disconnect the K66 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.
      ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE

      BATT (K66-10) - GND (K66 24) G - W-B +B (BAIT) power supply Always 10 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  2. CHECK ENGINE ROOM NO. 2 RELAY BLOCK (FRONT CONTROLLER)

    1. Disconnect the 2E and 2F junction block connectors.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
      ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE

      FMB3 (2E-4) - E (2F-1) G-R - W-B +B (FMB3) power supply Always 10 to 14 V

      MPX2 (2F-6) - E (2F-1) GR-L - W-B MPX line Always 10 kΩ or higher
      E (2F-1) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  3. CHECK COWL SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK LH (COWL SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK ECU LH)

    1. Disconnect the PA, PD and PL junction block connectors.
    2. Disconnect the D3 and D5 EDU connectors.
    3. Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connectors.
      ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE

      GND (PA-14) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      SGND (PD-8) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  4. CHECK COWL SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK RH (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU)

    1. Disconnect the DA, DD and DK junction block connectors.
    2. Disconnect the K68 ECU connector.
    3. Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connectors.
      ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE

      BECU (DK-5) - GND2 (DD-7) G-R - W-B +B (MPX-B) power supply Always 10 to 14 V

      MPX2 (K68-21) - GND2 (DD-7) O - W-B MPX line Always 10 kΩ or higher
      GSW (DA-7) - GND2 (DD-7) B - W-B MPX line Always 10 kΩ or higher
      GND2 (DD-7) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  5. CHECK NO. 1 JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY (MULTIPLEX NETWORK REAR ECU)

    1. Disconnect the LB, LC and LF junction block connectors.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connectors.
      ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE

      RP+B (LB-1) - Body ground B - Body ground +B (MPX-B) power supply Always 10 to 14 V

      P-GND (LF-1) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  6. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU FRONT LH (DRIVER SIDE DOOR ECU)

    1. Disconnect the M3 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.
      ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE

      CPUB (M3-4) - Body ground LG - Body ground +B (CPUB) power supply Always 10 to 14 V

      MPX1 (M3-8) - Body ground P - Body ground MPX line Always 10 kΩ or higher
      MPX2 (M3-9) - Body ground P - Body ground MPX line Always 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  7. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU FRONT RH (FRONT PASSENGER SIDE DOOR ECU)

    1. Disconnect the M4 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.
      ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE

      CPUB (M4-4) - Body ground LG - Body ground +B (CPUB) power supply Always 10 to 14 V

      MPX1 (M4-8) - Body ground GR - Body ground MPX line Always 10 kΩ or higher
      MPX2 (M4-9) - Body ground P - Body ground MPX line Always 10 kΩ or higher
      MPX3 (M4-7) - Body ground GR - Body ground MPX line Always 10 kΩ or higher
      GND (M4-1) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  8. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU REAR LH (REAR DOOR LH)

    1. Disconnect the P2 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.
      ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE

      CPUB (P2-4) - Body ground BR - Body ground +B (CPUB) power supply Always 10 to 14 V

      MPX1 (P2-8) - Body ground GR - Body ground MPX line Always 10 kΩ or higher
      MPX2 (P2-9) - Body ground P - Body ground MPX line Always 10 kΩ or higher

      GND (P2-1) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  9. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU REAR RH (REAR DOOR RH)

    1. Disconnect the O3 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the voltage the resistance of the wire harness side connector.
      ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE

      CPUB (O3-4) - Body ground G - Body ground +B (CPUB) power supply Always 10 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  10. CHECK POSITION CONTROL ECU AND SWITCH ASSEMBLY (DRIVER SIDE)

    1. Disconnect the b7 and b8 ECU connectors.
    2. Measure the voltage and the resistance of the wire harness side connector.
      ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE

      +B (b7-5) - GND (b7-1) L - W-B +B (+B) power supply Always 10 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  11. CHECK NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY (A/C ECU)

    1. Disconnect the K52 amplifier connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.
      ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE

      B (K52-1) - GND (K52-20) L - Body ground +B power supply Always 10 to 14 V

      MPX- (K52-31) - Body ground G - Body ground MPX line Always 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  12. CHECK AIRBAG SENSOR ASSEMBLY CENTER

    1. Disconnect the K44 sensor connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.
      ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  13. CHECK COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY (METER ECU)

    1. Disconnect the K31 meter connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.
      ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  14. CHECK SLIDING ROOF DRIVE GEAR SUB-ASSEMBLY (SLIDING ROOF CONTROL ECU)

    1. Disconnect the W7 driver gear connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and the resistance of the wire harness side connector.
      ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  15. CHECK MULTIPLEX TILT AND TELESCOPIC ECU

    1. Disconnect the K27 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.

  16. CHECK COMBINATION SWITCH ASSEMBLY (WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCH)

    1. Disconnect the K22 switch connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.
      ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE

      B (K22-1) - E (K22-5) GR - W-B +B (B) power supply Always 10 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  17. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the R5 switch connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.
      ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  18. CHECK POWER SOURCE CONTROL ECU

    1. Disconnect the K73 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.
      ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE

  19. CHECK CERTIFICATION ECU

    1. Disconnect the U28 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connector.
      ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE

      +B1 (U28-1) - E (U28-17) G - W-B B power supply Always 10 to 14 V

  20. CHECK TIRE PRESSURE WARNING ECU

    1. Disconnect the K45 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connector.

  21. CHECK MAYDAY ECU

    1. Disconnect the U45 ECU connector.
    2. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.
