REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER LH
REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER RH
DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH
REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH
REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
REMOVE AIR CLEANER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (See DISASSEMBLY )
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER (See DISASSEMBLY )
REMOVE MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)
SEPARATE RADIATOR RESERVE TANK HOSE
1. Separate the radiator reserve tank hose from the radiator assembly.

DISCONNECT RADIATOR HOSE INLET
1. Separate the radiator hose inlet from the radiator assembly.

DISCONNECT RADIATOR HOSE OUTLET
1. Separate the radiator hose outlet from the radiator assembly.

DISCONNECT NO. 1 OIL COOLER INLET HOSE
1. Separate the No. 1 oil cooler inlet hose from the radiator assembly.

DISCONNECT NO. 1 OIL COOLER OUTLET HOSE
1. Separate the No. 1 oil cooler outlet hose from the radiator assembly.
REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT UPPER
1. Disconnect the horn connectors.

2. Disconnect the connector.

3. Using a screwdriver, remove the hood lock nut cap.
4. Remove the 2 bolts and nut, and separate the hood lock assembly from the radiator support upper.

5. Remove the clamp and separate the hood lock control cable from the radiator support upper.

6. Remove the 5 bolts and radiator support upper.

REMOVE FAN SHROUD
1. Remove the 3 clamps and connector.

2. Release the 3 snap fits and lift the fan assembly with motor from the radiator.

REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the 4 bolts and separate the condenser assembly from the radiator assembly.

2. Remove the radiator assembly from the body.

REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT CUSHION
1. Remove the 2 radiator support cushions from the radiator assembly.

REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT LOWER
1. Remove the 2 radiator support lowers from the radiator assembly.
