How To Proceed With Troubleshooting

Use these procedures to troubleshoot the rear sunshade system.

1. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP 
2. INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE 

   Standard voltage: 

   11 to 14 V 

   If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding.

3. INSPECT COMMUNICATION FUNCTION OF CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM 
   1. Use the intelligent tester to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally.

   B:  Go to CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

   A: Go to Next Step

5. OVERALL ANALYSIS AND TROUBLESHOOTING 
   1. Terminals of ECU (TERMINALS OF ECU  )
   2. Circuit Inspection (REAR SUNSHADE DOES NOT OPERATE WITH REAR SUNSHADE SWITCH  , REAR SUNSHADE SHIFT-LINKED FUNCTION DOES NOT OPERATE WHEN SHIFT LEVER IS MOVED TO R POSITION  )
6. REPAIR OR REPLACE 
7. CONFIRMATION TEST
