License Plate Light Assembly: Removal

  1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSIST GRIP  (See REMOVAL )
  2. REMOVE LUGGAGE LOCK CONTROL CABLE PLATE  (See REMOVAL )
  3. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE  (See REMOVAL )
  4. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR COVER  (See REMOVAL )
  5. REMOVE REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (See  REMOVAL   ) 
  6. REMOVE REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedures for the RH side and the LH side.

  7. REMOVE LUGGAGE DOOR OPENING SWITCH ASSEMBLY  (See INSPECTION )
  8. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  9. REMOVE TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear View Monitor System)  (See REMOVAL )
  10. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear View Monitor System)  (See REMOVAL )
  11. REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the connector.
    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the license plate light assembly as shown in the illustration.
