Terminals Of Ecu

  1. INSPECT INSTRUMENT PANEL J/B ASSEMBLY (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU)

    1. Disconnect the B5 ECU, 1D, 1E, 1F, 1M and 1R J/B connectors.
    2. Check the voltage and resistance between each terminal of the wire harness side connectors.

    Standard

    MPX2 (B5-21) - Body ground GR - Body ground MPX line Constant 10 kΩ or higher
    GND1 (1F-10) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Constant Below 1 Ω
    GND2 (1M-9) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Constant Below 1 Ω

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  2. CHECK INTEGRATION SWITCH (w/o LEXUS NAVIGATION SYSTEM)

    1. Disconnect the C4 switch connector.
    2. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

    Standard

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  3. CHECK NETWORK GATEWAY ECU (w/ LEXUS NAVIGATION SYSTEM)

    1. Disconnect the G3 ECU connector.
    2. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

    Standard

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  4. CHECK ECM

    1. Disconnect the E5, E6 and E7 ECM connectors.
    2. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

    Standard

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  5. CHECK TRANSPONDER KEY ECU ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the T9 ECU connector.
    2. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

    Standard

  6. CHECK MULTIPLEX TILT & TELESCOPIC ECU

    1. Disconnect the T4 ECU connector.
    2. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

    Standard

  7. CHECK A/C AMPLIFIER (A/C ECU)

    1. Disconnect the A8 amplifier connector.
    2. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

  8. CHECK OUTER MIRROR CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY (PASSENGER SIDE)

    1. Disconnect the R27 ECU connector.
    2. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

    Standard

  9. CHECK OUTER MIRROR CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY (DRIVER SIDE)

    1. Disconnect the R26 ECU connector.
    2. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

  10. CHECK WINDSHIELD WIPER RELAY ASSEMBLY (WIPER ECU)

    1. Disconnect the A28 relay connector.
    2. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

    Standard

  11. CHECK POSITION CONTROL ECU & SWITCH (POWER SEAT ECU)

    1. Disconnect the P32 and P33 ECU connectors.
    2. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

    Standard

  12. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU BACK (BACK DOOR ECU)

    1. Disconnect the P13 and P14 ECU connectors.
    2. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

    Standard

  13. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the P22 switch connector.
    2. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

  14. CHECK COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the C8 and C9 meter connectors.
    2. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

    1. Disconnect the A20 sensor connector.
    2. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

  16. CHECK SLIDING ROOF DRIVE GEAR ASSEMBLY (SLIDING ROOF ECU (STANDARD TYPE))

    1. Disconnect the M12 gear connector.
    2. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

    Standard

    1. Disconnect the M12 ECU connector.
    2. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

    Standard

  18. CHECK RAIN SENSOR

    1. Disconnect the R7 sensor connector.
    2. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

  19. CHECK HEADLIGHT SWIVEL ECU (AFS ECU)

    1. Disconnect the A14 ECU connector.
    2. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.
