Disc Player Changer: Removal

  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
  2. REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  3. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL ORNAMENT (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  5. REMOVE DISC PLAYER CHANGER WITH BRACKET 
    1. Remove the 4 bolts.
    2. Detach the 2 claws and pull the disc player changer with bracket.
    3. Disconnect the connectors and remove the disc player changer with bracket.

  6. REMOVE DISC PLAYER BRACKET

    1. Remove the 2 screws and disc player bracket.
  7. REMOVE DISC PLAYER BRACKET

    1. Remove the 2 screws and disc player bracket.
