Charging (3GR-FSE): Generator: Inspection

INSPECT GENERATOR WITH CLUTCH PULLEY
1. When rotating the pulley, check that it turns clockwise and that it does not turn counterclockwise.
  If the result is not as specified, replace the generator with clutch pulley.
