Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK THEFT WARNING ECU ASSY

    1. Disconnect the T7 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.

      Standard: 

      STANDARD SPECIFICATION

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      IG (T7-24) - GND (T7-20) V-W - W-B Ignition power supply Ignition switch OFF 0 V
      IG (T7-24) - GND (T7-20) V-W - W-B Ignition power supply Ignition switch ON 10 to 14 V
      +B (T7-1) - GND (T7-20) L-O - W-B +B power supply Always 10 to 14 V
      +B2 (T7-21) - GND (T7-20) B-O - W-B +B power supply Always 10 to 14 V
      GND (T7-20) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 ohms

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the T7 ECU connector.
    4. Measure the voltage of the connector.

      Standard: 

      STANDARD SPECIFICATION

      RSSI (T7-30) - Body ground Y - Body ground Door control receiver output signal Transmitter switch ON (No key in ignition key cylinder, all doors closed) 6 to 7 V

      RDA (T7-29) - Body ground R - Body ground Door control receiver input signal Transmitter switch OFF (No key in ignition key cylinder, all doors closed) Alternating between 6 to 7 V and below 1 V
      RCO (T7-15) - Body ground BR-W - Body ground Power source Transmitter switch ON (No key in ignition key cylinder, all doors closed) 0 V
      RCO (T7-15) - Body ground BR-W - Body ground Power source Transmitter switch OFF (No key in ignition key cylinder, all doors closed) 4.6 to 5.4 V
      BZR (T7-4) - BZR2 (T7-5) L-R - W Wireless door lock buzzer Wireless door lock buzzer OFF 0 V
      BZR (T7-4) - BZR2 (T7-5) L-R - W Wireless door lock buzzer Wireless door lock buzzer ON Pulse generation

      If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.

  2. CHECK TRANSPONDER KEY ECU ASSY

    1. Disconnect the T13 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.

      Standard: 

      STANDARD SPECIFICATION

      CPUB (T13-1) - GND (T13-14) L-0 - W-B Battery (ECU power source) Always 10 to 14 V
      IG2 (T13-2) - GND (T13-14) G-B - W-B Ignition power supply Ignition switch OFF 0 V
      IG2 (T13-2) - GND (T13-14) G-B - W-B Ignition power supply Ignition switch ON 10 to 14 V
      KSW (T13-3) - GND (T13-14) LG-B - W-B Unlock warning switch input No key in ignition key cylinder 10 k ohms or higher
      KSW (T13-3) -GND (T13-14) LG-B - W-B Unlock warning switch input Key inserted Below 1 ohms
      GND (T13-14) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 ohms

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  3. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU FRONT LH (DRIVER DOOR ECU)

    1. Disconnect the D19 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.

      Standard: 

      STANDARD SPECIFICATION

      CPUB (D19-4) - GND (D19-1) L-O - W-B Battery (ECU power source) Always 10 to 14 V
      SIG (D19-5) - GND (D19-1) V-W - W-B Ignition power supply Ignition switch OFF 0 V
      SIG (D19-5) - GND (D19-1) V-W - W-B Ignition power supply Ignition switch ON 10 to 14 V
      BDR (D19-6) - GND (D19-1) B-R - W-B Battery (ECU power source) Always 10 to 14 V
      CTY (D17-27) - GND (D19-1) R-W - W-B Driver side door courtesy switch Driver side door closed 10 k ohms or higher
      CTY (D17-27) - GND (D19-1) R-W - W-B Driver side door courtesy switch Driver side door open Below 1 ohms
      GND (D19-1) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 ohms

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  4. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU FRONT RH (PASSENGER DOOR ECU)

    1. Disconnect the P11 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.

      Standard: 

      STANDARD SPECIFICATION

      CPUB (P11-4) - GND (P11-1) L-O - W-B Battery (ECU power source) Always 10 to 14 V

      SIG (P19-5) - GND (P11-1) V-W - W-B Ignition power supply Ignition switch ON 10 to 14 V
      BDR (P19-6) - GND (P11-1) G-Y - W-B Battery (ECU power source) Always 10 to 14 V
      CTY (P9-23) - GND (P11-1) R-W - W-B Passenger side door courtesy switch Passenger side door closed 10 k ohms or higher

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  5. CHECK DRIVER SIDE J/B (DRIVER SIDE J/B ECU)

    1. Disconnect the 2C and 2G J/B connectors.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

      Standard: 

      STANDARD SPECIFICATION

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      IG (2C-8) - Body ground L - Body ground Ignition power supply Ignition switch OFF 0 V
      IG (2C-8) - Body ground L - Body ground Ignition power supply Ignition switch ON 10 to 14 V
      GND (2G-8) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 ohms

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the 2C and 2G J/B connectors.
    4. Measure the voltage of the connectors.

      Standard: 

      STANDARD SPECIFICATION

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      HAZ (D4-2) - GND (2G-8) Y - W-B Hazard warning switch signal Hazard warning switch OFF Below 1 V
      HAZ (D4-2) - GND (2G-8) Y - W-B Hazard warning switch signal Hazard warning switch ON Pulse generation

      If the result is not as specified, the J/B ECU may have a malfunction.

  6. CHECK LUGGAGE ROOM J/B ASSY (LUGGAGE ROOM J/B ECU)

    1. Disconnect the L24 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connector.

      Standard: 

      STANDARD SPECIFICATION

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      SG (L24-5) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 ohms

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the L24 ECU connector.
    4. Measure the resistance of the connector.
      WIRING COLOR CONDITION SPECIFICATION

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      LGCY (L22-14) - Body ground P - Body ground Luggage compartment door courtesy switch signal Luggage compartment door closed Below 1 V

      If the result is not as specified, the J/B ECU may have a malfunction.
