Speed Sensor: Installation

- Coat a NEW "O" ring with ATF and install it on sensor.
- Install sensor with bolt. Tighten bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Connect sensor connector.
- Install air cleaner inlet No. 1. See Fig 1.
- Install air cleaner bracket.
- Install air cleaner inlet No. 2.
- Install air cleaner hose No. 1.
- Install air cleaner assembly.
- Install battery.
NOTE:
Ensure replacement sensor is from same manufacturer as sensor that was removed.
