SFI System (2JZ-GE): Injector: Removal

REMOVE ENGINE COVER
Remove the 4 nuts and engine cover.
REMOVE AIR INTAKE CHAMBER (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE FUEL PRESSURE PULSATION DAMPER (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE DELIVERY PIPE AND INJECTORS
NOTE:
- Be careful not to drop the injectors when removing the delivery pipe.
- Pay attention to put any hung load on the injector to and form the side direction.
1. Disconnect the 6 injector connectors.
2. Disconnect the camshaft position sensor connector.
3. Disconnect the throttle position sensor connector.
4. Disconnect the VSV connector for EVAP.
5. Remove the 3 bolts and delivery pipe together with the 6 injectors.
6. Pull out the 6 injectors from the delivery pipe.
7. Remove the O-rings, grommet and insulator from each injector.
8. Remove the 3 spacers from the intake manifold.
