Front Bumper Cover: Replacement

HINT:

• The installation procedures are the removal.
• Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE 
   1. Remove the 3 bolts and radiator grille.
2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH 
   1. Remove the 5 screws and partially remove the front fender liner LH.

   HINT:

   It is only necessary to partially remove the front fender liner LH in order to be able to remove the front bumper cover.

3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH 
4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER 
   1. Remove the 6 screws and 4 clips.
   2. Remove the hook and front bumper cover.
   3. Disconnect the fog lamp connectors.
   4. Disconnect the side marker lamp lense connectors.
   5. Disconnect the washer hose.

5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER MOLDING 
   1. Remove the hook and front bumper molding.
6. REMOVE HEADLAMP WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSY LH 
   1. Remove the clamp.
   2. Using a screwdriver, pull out the front washer nozzle.

   3. Remove the 2 clips, bolt and head lamp washer actuator.
7. REMOVE HEADLAMP WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSY RH 
8. REMOVE FRONT FOG LAMP ASSY LH (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
9. REMOVE FRONT FOG LAMP ASSY RH (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH 
    1. Using a screwdriver, remove the front bumper hole cover.

    HINT:

    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH 
12. REMOVE SIDE TURN SIGNAL LAMP ASSY LH (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
13. REMOVE SIDE TURN SIGNAL LAMP ASSY RH (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
14. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET 
    1. Remove the 2 bolt and front bumper extension mounting bracket.
15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER
