Air Conditioning Unit: Inspection

INSPECT EVAPORATOR
1. Check the fins for blockage.
  If the fins are clogged, clean them with compressed air.
  
  NOTE: Never use water to clean the evaporator.
2. Check fitting for cracks for scratches.
  If necessary, repair or replace.
INSPECT HEATER RADIATOR Check the fins for blockage.
If the fins are clogged, clean them with compressed air.
INSPECT AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR OPERATION (See DTC B1441/41: AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL SERVOMOTOR CIRCUIT )
INSPECT AIR MIX DAMPER POSITION SENSOR (See DTC B1431/31: AIR MIX DAMPER POSITION SENSOR CIRCUIT )
