Terminals Of Ecu

  1. INSPECT DRIVER DOOR ECU

    1. Check the voltage and continuity between each terminal of the vehicle's side connector.

      Standard: 

      WIRING COLOR CHART

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Condition Specified condition
      D19-1 <--> Body ground (GND - Body ground) W-B <--> Body ground Constant Continuity
      D19-4 <--> D19-1 (CPUB <--> GND) L-O <--> W-B Constant 10-14V
      D19-5 <--> D19-1 (SIG <--> GND) V-W <--> W-B Ignition switch OFF --> ON 0V --> 10-14V
      D19-6 <--> D19-1 (BDR <--> GND) B-R <--> W-B Constant 10-14V
      D19-22 <--> D19-1 (HTR <--> GND) W-B <--> W-B Constant Continuity
      D19-13 <--> D19-1 (HTR+ <--> GND) R-W <--> W-B Constant Continuity

      HINT:

      If the value is not as specified, a malfunction exists at the vehicle's side.

    2. Connect the connectors and check the voltage between each terminal of the connectors.

      Standard:

      D19-7 <--> Body ground (MR+ <--> Body ground) Y <--> Body ground Driver outer rear view mirror is retracting 10-14V

      D19-20 <--> D19-1 (DM+R <--> GND) R-B <--> W-B Driver outside view mirror OFF --> turning down OFF --> turning right 10-14V --> 0V
      D19-19 <--> D19-1 (DMHR <--> GND) LG <--> W-B Driver outer rear view mirror OFF --> turning left 10-14V --> 0V
      D19-8 <--> D19-1 (DMVR <--> GND) LG-B <--> W-B Driver outer rear view mirror OFF --> turning up 10-14V --> 0V
      D19-15 <--> D19-1 (EC+ <--> GND) 0 <--> W-B Driver outer rear view mirror OFF --> turning right and left 10-14V --> 0V
      D19-26 <--> D19-1 (HSSR <--> GND) GR <--> W-B Driver outer rear view mirror OFF --> turning right and left 10-14V-0V
      D19-25 <--> D19-1 (DE2 <--> GND) R <--> W-B Driver outer rear view mirror OFF --> turning right and left 10-14V --> 0V
      D19-16 <--> D19-1 (VSSR <--> GND) G-0 <--> W-B Driver outer rear view mirror OFF --> turning up and down 10-14V --> 0V

      HINT:

      If the value is not as specified, a malfunction exists in the door ECU or the communication line.

  2. INSPECT PASSENGER DOOR ECU

    1. Check the voltage and continuity between each terminal of the vehicle's side connector.

      Standard:

      P11-5 <--> P11-1 (SIG <--> GND) V-W <--> W-B Ignition switch OFF --> ON 0V --> 10-14V
      P11-6 <--> P11-1 (BDR <--> GND) G-Y <--> W-B Constant 0V --> 10-14V
      P11-22 <--> P11-1 (HTR- <--> GND) W-B <--> W-B Constant Continuity
      P11-13 <--> P11-1 (HTR+ <--> GND) R-W <--> W-B Constant Continuity

      HINT:

      If the value is not as specified, a malfunction exists in the vehicle's side.

    2. Connect connectors and check the voltage between each terminal of the connectors.

      Standard:

      P11-19 <--> P11-1 (PMHR <--> GND) LG <--> W-B Driver outer rear view mirror OFF--> turning left 10-14V --> 0V
      P11-8 <--> P11-1 (PMVR <--> GND) G-B <--> W-B Driver outer rear view mirror OFF --> turning up 10-14V --> 0V
      P11-15 <--> P11-1 (EC+ <--> GND) 0 <--> W-B Driver outer rear view mirror OFF --> turning right and left 10-14V --> 0V

  3. INSPECT DRIVER SIDE J/B (DRIVER SIDE J/B ECU)

    1. Check the voltage and continuity between each terminal of the vehicle's side connector.
