Height Control Reservoir ASSY: Replacement

REMOVE SPARE DISC WHEEL
DISCONNECT HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE NO. 2
1. Remove the holder.
2. Spread the clip and slowly pull the height control tube No. 2 straight out.
3. Remove the 2 O-rings.
DISCONNECT HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE NO. 6
1. Using SST, disconnect the height control tube No. 6.

  NOTE: Refer to PRECAUTION of removal and installation of the height control tube (See SUSPENSION CONTROL SYSTEM ).
2. Remove the 2 O-rings, the plate and the plug.
DISCONNECT HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE NO. 7
1. Using SST, disconnect the height control tube No. 7.

  NOTE: Refer to PRECAUTION of removal and installation of the height control tube (See SUSPENSION CONTROL SYSTEM ).
2. Remove the 2 O-rings, the plate and the plug.
REMOVE HEIGHT CONTROL RESERVOIR ASSY
1. Remove the 2 bolts and the height control reservoir assy.
INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL RESERVOIR ASSY
1. Install the height control reservoir assy with the 2 bolts.
  Torque: 29 N.m (300 kgf.cm, 21 ft.lbf)
CONNECT HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE NO. 7
1. Install 2 new O-rings, a new plate, a new plug and connect the height control tube No. 7.
  NOTE: Refer to PRECAUTION of removal and installation of the height control tube (See SUSPENSION CONTROL SYSTEM ).
CONNECT HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE NO. 6
1. Install 2 new O-rings, a new plate, a new plug, and connect the height control tube No. 6.
  NOTE: Refer to PRECAUTION of removal and installation of the height control tube (See SUSPENSION CONTROL SYSTEM ).
CONNECT HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE NO. 2
1. Coat 2 new O-rings with MP grease.
2. Push the height control tube No. 2 in straight to connect it until the clip makes "click" sound.
3. Install the holder.
INSPECT AIR LEAK (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
