Inspection Procedure

  1. Check Mark Display 
    1. Check that the malfunction disappear when move the vehicle in the place with a fine view.

      Standard: GPS mark is displayed. 

    NOTE: At the place surrounded by the architecture, vehicle cannot receive the GPS radio wave.
    1. OK: Normal 
    2. NG: Go To Next Step 
  2. Check Optional Component 
    1. Check optional component.
      1. Check that there is the optional component on the vehicle.

        Standard: There is not optional component on the vehicle. 

      2. Check that there is anything such as film stuck to the window or any metal object on the instrument panel.

        Standard: There is not anything such as film stuck to the window or any metal object on the instrument panel. 

    1. NG: Effect From Optional Component 
    2. OK: Go To Next Step 
  3. Check Navigation Antenna Assembly 
    1. NG: Replace Navigation Antenna Assembly 
    2. OK: Check And Replace Navigation ECU
