Terminals Of Ecu

  1. DRIVER SEAT ECU

    1. INSPECT RELAY OPERATION
      1. Disconnect the connector from the power seat ECU and inspect the connector on the wire harness side.
        TESTER CONNECTION CHART

        Tester connection Condition Specified condition
        P21-8 --> A7 Ignition switch OFF --> ON 0 V --> 10-14 V
        P22-8 <--> A7 Constant 10-14 V
        P21-9 <--> A7 Constant 10-14 V
        P21-13 <--> A7 Constant Continuity
        P22-7 <--> Ground Constant Continuity

        If the circuit is not as specified, inspect the circuits connected to other parts.

      2. Connect wire harness side connector to the power seat ECU and inspect the connector from the back side.
        TESTER CONNECTION CHART

        Tester connection Condition Specified condition
        P22-4 <--> P22-7 Slide switch FRONT OFF --> ON 0 V --> 10-14 V
        P22-3 <--> P22-7 Slide switch REAR OFF --> ON 0 V --> 10-14 V
        P22-10 <--> P22-7 Front Vertical switch UP OFF --> ON 0 V --> 10-14 V
        P22-9 <--> P22-7 Front Vertical switch DOWN OFF --> ON 0 V --> 10-14 V
        P22-6 <--> P22-7 Lifter switch UP OFF --> ON 0 V --> 10-14 V
        P22-5 <--> P22-7 Lifter switch DOWN OFF --> ON 0 V --> 10-14 V
        P22-2 <--> P22-7 Reclining switch FRONT OFF --> ON 0 V --> 10-14 V
        P22-1 <--> P22-7 Reclining switch REAR OFF --> ON 0 V --> 10-14 V
        P21-14 <--> P22-7 Slide operation 0-8 V
        P21-3 <--> P22-7 Front Vertical operation 0-8 V
        P21-4 <--> P22-7 Lifter operation 0-8 V
        P21-5 <--> P22-7 Reclining operation 0-8 V
        P21-6 <--> 22-7 Power seat operation 0-8 V
        P21-15 <--> P22-7 Slide switch FRONT OFF --> ON 10-14 V --> 0 V
        P21-16 <--> P22-7 Slide switch REAR OFF --> ON 10-14 V --> 0 V
        P21-19 <--> P22-7 Front Vertical switch UP OFF --> ON 10-14 V --> 0 V
        P21-7 <--> P22-7 Front Vertical switch DOWN OFF --> ON 10-14 V --> 0 V
        P21-17 <--> P22-7 Lifter switch UP OFF --> ON 10-14 V --> 0 V
        P21-18 <--> P22-7 Lifter switch DOWN OFF --> ON 10-14 V --> 0 V
        P21-21 <--> P22-7 Reclining switch FRONT OFF --> ON 10-14 V --> 0 V
        P21-22 <--> P22-7 Reclining switch REAR OFF --> ON 1O-14 V --> 0 V

        If the circuit is not as specified, inspect the circuits connected to other parts.
