Using Scan Tool

  1. Hook up LEXUS hand-held tester to the (DLC3). See Fig 1.
  2. Turn the ignition switch to ON. Read the DTCs by following the prompts on the tester screen. Refer to operator's manual for further details.
  3. If no DTCs exist, repair by symptom. See SYMPTOM INDEX  table under SYSTEM TESTS.
