Test No. 18: Diagnostic Circuit

  1. Turn ignition on. Measure voltage between terminals TC and E1 of DLC3. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If battery voltage is present, perform next circuit inspection in SYMPTOM INDEX table. If battery voltage is not present, go to next step.
  2. Check circuits for faults between DLC3 and body ECU. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Repair or replace as necessary. If circuits are okay, replace body ECU.
