ACIS Vacuum Tank

  1. Disconnect vacuum hoses from vacuum tank. Vacuum tank is located under air intake chamber. See Figure.
  2. Apply compressed air to port "A". See Fig 1. Air should flow out of port "B". Apply compressed air to port "B". Air should not flow from port "A". Plug port "B". Apply 15.8 in. Hg to port "A". Vacuum should hold for at least one minute.
  3. If ACIS vacuum tank does not operate as specified, replace ACIS vacuum tank. If ACIS vacuum tank operates as specified, go to next procedure.
