Circuit Description

The CMP sensor consist of a 3-tooth signal plate and a pick-up coil. The signal plate is mounted on camshaft. The Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor consists of a pick-up coil and signal plate. The signal plate has 34-teeth and is located on oil pump body. DTC is set when there is a deviation between CMP sensor signal and CKP sensor signal. Possible causes are:
