Headlight Relay

  1. Remove headlight relay from engine compartment fuse/relay box near battery. See Figure. Note terminal identification on headlight control relay. See Fig 1.
  2. Check continuity between terminals No. 1 and 2 on headlight relay. If continuity does not exist, replace headlight relay. Check continuity between terminals No. 3 and 4 on headlight relay when battery voltage and ground is applied to terminals No. 1 and 2. If continuity does not exist, replace headlight relay.
