Engine Oil Pressure Switch
NOTE:
Ensure oil pressure is greater than 3.6 psi (0.3 kg/cm2
) with engine running.
Turn engine off. Disconnect electrical connector from engine oil pressure switch. Check for continuity between terminal on engine oil pressure switch and ground (hex portion of switch). Continuity should be present. Start engine and recheck continuity. Continuity should not be present. If continuity is not as specified, replace engine oil pressure switch.
