Light Control Rheostat
Remove light control rheostat. Measure resistance between light control rheostat terminals No. 4 (White wire) and No. 5 (White/Black wire). See Fig 1. Resistance should decrease from 10 k/ohms to zero ohms when rheostat knob is turned clockwise. If resistance is not as specified, replace light control rheostat.
