GS300 & SC300

Disconnect Throttle Position (TP) sensor connector. TP sensor is located on left side of throttle body. Measure resistance between circuits E2 and VC at accelerator pedal position sensor. See Figure. Resistance should be 1200-3200 ohms at 68°F (20°C). If resistance is not as specified, replace accelerator pedal position sensor.
