Removal & Installation (ES300)

Remove EGR pipe and gaskets. Disconnect EGR gas temperature sensor connector and clamp. Disconnect EVAP hose from EGR valve hook. Disconnect vacuum hose from EGR valve. Disconnect EGR valve position sensor connector. Remove EGR valve and gasket. To install, reverse removal procedure. Install NEW EGR valve and pipe gaskets. Tighten all nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table.
