Removal (ES300)

Disconnect negative battery cable. Disconnect hoses at intake air control valve located on end of air intake chamber. Remove Data Link Connector (DLC) No. 1, bracket and ground straps from intake air control valve. Remove remaining nuts for intake air control valve. Remove intake air control valve by prying between air intake chamber and intake air control valve. Remove gasket.
