Starter Is Cranking

Disconnect instrument cluster connector "C". See Figure. While holding ignition switch in START position, measure voltage at terminal No. 12 of connector "C". See Figure. If battery voltage is present, replace circuit plate. See Figure. If battery voltage is not present, repair circuit between instrument cluster and ST fuse.
