Clearing Codes

Remove short pin from DLC1. See Figure. Using a jumper wire, connect terminals Tc and E1 of DLC1 or DLC2. See Figure or Figure . Turn ignition on and engine off. Depress brake pedal 8 or more times within 3 seconds. Ensure ABS light shows normal code (light flashes 4 times per second). Codes are now erased. Turn ignition off and connect short pin to DLC1.

NOTE: Codes can also be cleared by removing DOME fuse. But removing DOME fuse will also clear other memory systems.
