Wiper Control Relay Circuit Test
Leave wiper control relay connector attached. Turn ignition on. Check for continuity and voltage between chassis ground and specified terminals of wiper control relay connector. See WIPER CONTROL RELAY CIRCUITS TEST table. See Fig 1. If continuity or voltage is not as specified, repair faulty circuit or component.
