Installation (SC400)

  1. Install cold start injector with new gasket, and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS TABLE  at the end of this article. Install cold start injector tube and banjo bolt with new gaskets, and tighten to specification. Install air intake chamber with new gaskets, and tighten to specification.
  2. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Fill and bleed cooling system. Start engine and check for fuel and coolant leaks.
