Circuit Inspection

Test affected circuit(s) by following the inspection order listed in charts in Figure or Figure . See TESTING in this article. Determine whether the cause of the problem is in sensors, actuators, wiring harness, connectors or cruise control ECU.

If the instructions "go to next inspection item shown on matrix chart" are given in TESTING procedure(s), inspect the next highest numbered item listed. If the trouble still occurs even though there are no abnormalities in any of the circuits, check or replace the cruise control ECU as the last step.
