Input Signal Check

  1. Perform INPUT SIGNAL CHECK under TROUBLE SHOOTING in this article. Check cruise control indicator light while driving vehicle above and below 25 MPH (40 KM/H).
  2. At speeds below 25 MPH (40 KM/H), indicator light should stay on. At speeds above 25 MPH (40 KM/H), indicator light should blink. If light operates as indicated, go to next inspection item shown on matrix chart in Figure or Figure . If light does not operate as indicated, go to SPEEDOMETER/VEHICLE SPEED (4-PULSE) SIGNAL.
