Pump Motor Relay Operation

  1. Remove pump motor relay from actuator. See SOLENOID & PUMP MOTOR RELAYS under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. See Figure. Connect battery positive to pump motor relay terminal No. 1. Connect battery negative to relay terminal No. 2. See Figure.
  2. Ensure continuity is present between relay terminals No. 3 and 4. Ensure continuity is not present between relay terminals No. 1 and 4. If continuity is not as specified, replace pump motor relay.
