DTC U202B-93: Ethernet Link to Gateway Module - No operation: Action

Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment inspect the status bits for this DTC on the appropriate DTC Index. For this DTC, any one of the following combination status bits need to be set for the DTC to be valid (for example, there is a "Yes" against all of the status bits listed below)
- Test Failed (Bit 0)
- Test Failed This Operation Cycle (Bit 1)
- or
- Confirmed DTC (Bit 3)
If none of the above combinations are valid ignore this DTC (the customer may not have experienced non-operation of the near field sensing system features)
If the DTC is valid (any one of the combinations is true) follow the instructions below
Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the Ethernet network circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
Inspect the near field sensing module connector for integrity and damage, then reconnect sensor to confirm connection
Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, check the gateway module for related Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and refer to the relevant DTC index
