DTC B11C4-23: Boot/Trunk Close Button - Signal stuck low: Action
- Refer to the appropriate service information and check the tailgate global close switch circuit for short circuit to ground. Repair circuit as required, clear DTC and retest
- If the fault persists test the operation of the tailgate global close switch and replace as required
