NOTE: This DTC may be stored even though no fault condition is present and should be ignored unless the customer has reported an infotainment system concern. If the customer has reported an infotainment problem, clear the DTC and retest. Verify the customer concern prior to diagnosis

Using Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, clear the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and retest. If the fault persists, refer to the appropriate service information and check the APIX2 circuit for open circuit. Repair the wiring harness as necessary. Clear the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and retest
