DTC U1011-13: Optical Disk Drive - Circuit open: Action

NOTE: If this DTC is set simultaneously with other Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) including U200F-11, check symptoms for U200F-11 first, rectify the fault, clear Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and retest
  1. Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, perform routine - On Demand Self Test (0x0202) and read the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s). If the DTC is set go to step 2, if the DTC is no longer set go to step  3
  2. Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and disconnect the digital disc player circuit from the infotainment master controller and perform step 1. Check for digital disc player open circuit DTC, if the DTC is set refer to the system wiring diagrams and check the digital disc player circuit for open circuit. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
  3. Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, check the infotainment master controller software release notes to see if a repair is available and update the infotainment master controller. Clear the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and retest
