DTC B14D9-13: Dedicated Short Range Communication (DRSC) Antenna - Circuit open: Action

NOTE: Do Not  replace the infotainment master controller for this DTC alone
  1. Check the electronic toll collection card reader details are displayed on the screen, if the details are displayed go to step  4. If the details are not displayed go to step 2
  2. Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, perform routine - On Demand Self Test (0x0202) and read the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s). If the DTC is set go to step 3, if the DTC is no longer set go to step  4
  3. Check the infotainment master controller software release notes to see if a repair is available and update the infotainment master controller and repeat step  2. If no software update is available go to step  4
  4. Check for other Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) relating to the customer concern and follow the DTC index
  5. If the fault persists, install a new electronic toll collection module and electronic toll collection module antenna
