DTC B14B7-19: USB Hub #1 - Circuit current above threshold: Action
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, perform routine - On Demand Self Test (0x0202) and read the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s). If the DTC is set go to step 2, if the DTC is no longer set go to step 4
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and disconnect the USB hub module data circuit from the infotainment master controller and perform step 1. Check for USB hub module open circuit DTC if the DTC is set, go to step 3, if the DTC is no longer set go to step 4
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the USB hub module data circuit for open circuit. Repair the wiring harness or install a new USB hub module as necessary
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, check the infotainment master controller software release notes to see if a repair is available and update the infotainment master controller. Clear the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and retest
- Refer to the appropriate service information and check the battery and charging system
