DTC B14A4-02: APIX Display Link - Instrument Pack - General signal failure: Action

NOTE: Do Not  replace the infotainment master controller or infotainment slave controller for this DTC alone
  1. Check that the navigation display is showing on the instrument panel cluster control module, if the display is working go to step  5. If there is no display go to step 2
  2. Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, perform routine - On Demand Self Test (0x0202) and read the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s). If the DTC is set go to step 3, if the DTC is no longer set go to step  5
  3. Check the infotainment master controller software release notes to see if a repair is available and update the infotainment master controller and repeat step  2. If no software update is available go to step 4
  4. Check the instrument panel cluster control module for any internal failure Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and follow the DTC index
  5. Check for other Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) relating to the customer concern and follow the DTC index
