Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, run the guided diagnostic related to this concern
If the fault persists, replace the portable user interface panel and retest
If the fault persists, using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, update the infotainment master controller to the latest level software and retest
