DTC B10F2-9A: Sunroof Control - Component or system operating conditions: Action
NOTE:
To validate the repair run the engine for at least 30 seconds and operate the roof opening panel several times, then using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment check that this Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) is not set within the body control module
- Leave the vehicle to allow the motor to cool down for a minimum of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes:
- Using the approved Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, clear the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s)
- Try to perform 3 full open/close cycles of the roof opening panel
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the connection(s) to the roof opening panel motor circuit and roof opening panel control module for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, clear the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and retest. If the fault persists, install a new roof opening panel control module
- Using the approved Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, clear the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s)
