DTC B1538-93: Electrically Deployable Tow Bar Movement Motor - No operation: Action
- Inspect the security and integrity of the deployable towbar circuit connectors and rectify as required
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the deployable towbar movement motor circuit for open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness as necessary, clear the DTC and retest
- Check the deployable towbar hall sensor and the deployable towbar motor for mechanical failure and rectify as required
- If fault persists, using Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, reconfigure the towbar control module with the latest level software. Clear the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and retest
